3-1/2 years ago when Brenda and
Michael Williamson bought Springbrook
Kennels they had a vision for
having the top rated facility in
Lackawanna County where dogs and
cats and other family pets could
be boarded, groomed and trained. Springbrook
kennels consisted of 3 buildings
which include two indoor/outdoor
kennel buildings and the main
building which houses the
cattery, puppy palace, bathing
and grooming, training and
retail-reception area.
One of the
original indoor/outdoor kennels
building has been torn down to
make room for an all new
"State of the Art" Indoor Kennel.
The old 1,600 square foot
building has been replaced by a
nearly 5,000 square foot kennel
building. The amenities in this
new building include 2 zone
heat and air-conditioning with
the latest in air recirculation
equipment, heated floors, 20
windows for plenty of natural
light, 10 foot ceiling for
better sound reduction, stereo
music, built-in power wash
system, and all new dog
accommodations which include
resting benches for each dog as
well as separation between the
dogs on both the resting and
exercise sides of each run.
